Clearly explained what my issues were. Genuinely listens to you and wants to know your thoughts. Puts you at ease with his knowledge and expertise. Explains next steps and options. Happy he is my Doctor.

Dr . Bracksma was very thorough and professional. He took a considerable amount of time with me and explained everything in detail. It is obvious he greatly cares about his patients!

Dr. Will told me everything that was going on with my knee. When he suggested more testing I asked for shots first then if things didn’t improve I would do the testing. He said no problem and did the procedure happily. Totally understood what I was coming from. I appreciated his kindness!

Dr. Braaksma has the perfect demeanor for a intelligent and caring physician . We are completely impressed with my wife’s hip surgery and look forward to my partial knee surgeries .

My experience was far and away the best experience I have ever had with any medical facility! I was asked to be a little early to fill out paperwork which was available and very easy to work through. I was taken to the exam room and assisted immediately! Between each phase from going to the X-Ray room to the final exam was never longer than a minute or two. I received a very confident prognosis which made perfect sense as far as what I was experiencing! I was giving what I consider very good and professional opinions on options moving forward. Checking out was also a very pleasant surprise as I received “money back” which has never happened to me before. I had put down a $200 deposit because it was a cash deal. Even with the X-Ray the total bill was only $160. I highly recommend this facility and Dr to anyone that likes fast accurate and reasonably priced service. The administration assistant was also very kind and helpful. I will most definitely be back for follow up !!

Dr Braaksma is an excellent, highly skilled orthopedic. He is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He explains things so you understand. I drive 1 hr each way because he is worth it. He is the only one my husband and I will see. I highly recommend Dr Braaksma.
