Dr. Biggs is a great guy, but he kept my wife miserable. He was treating her after Graves disease, and he insisted on keeping her in a hypothyroid state. She was absolutely miserable. Her hair was falling out in handfuls in his office. She was cold and tired all the time, but Dr. Biggs just said that her levels were normal and sent us to other doctors. We feel like he was watching the TSH levels only and disregarding her T3 and T4 levels. We barely made it to a new doctor. She is great!!!

Dr Biggs was nice initially but over time I could tell he did not understand autoimmune disorders and in fact, was incorrect in the information that he provided to me about what I needed to do, and was belittling because of the information that I had obtained by self study. He seemed knowledgeable of endocrine disorders but not autoimmune disorders; i have learned much by going to a functional medicine doctor instead.
