Dr. Andrew was very patient with me when I visited him. I was worried about giving too much blood for some tests, and I kept sending the nurse to ask him questions after our visit was done. He patiently listened and answered my question while providing solutions. I have also been satisfied with his diagnosis as my primary doctor.

In a hurry?
I took my son to the Urgent care at 1pm. The office closes at 2. My son had three issues, the main being a small lesion on his arm that was getting bigger. We told the doctor that this lesion would scab over but the scab never stuck. Dr. Andrew looked at it and said it looks fine and that it would heal. I told him that my son was a high school wrestler in an effort to throw up a red flag regarding fungal or bacterial infections but that did not concern doctor Andrew. We felt rushed like he was in a hurry to get through us and on to the next patient or out the door as the place was closing. 2 days later we went back to another urgent care where the doctor we saw swabbed the lesion for a culture that came back as staph. Not happy with Dr. Andrew at all. I wouldn't trust him to take my temperature. He didn't seem to care about my son and in my opinion shouldn't be a health CARE provider.
