Dr. William Allen Jr, DMD

I'd leave zero stars if that were a choice. William Allen refused to remove my mother's tooth so she could have a heart valve replacement. He said he had NO openings for the 15 minute procedure until March. When the cardiologist finally assured him it was an emergent procedure, he waited another week before scheduling. On the day of the procedure, his office called 20 minutes before my mom's appt. to claim the office had no electricity and then reroute my mother to another office half an hour away so his partner could perform the procedure. I've worked with MANY doctors and am married to one. I've never seen such unprofessional behavior from someone who is supposed to provide patient care!!!

Dr Allen was very kind and did an excellent job with removing my daughter’s wisdom teeth. The staff in Jeffersonville were equally wonderful.

Dr. Allen did an extraction and placed an implant in my lower jaw. I was so impressed with his caring attitude. He listened carefully to my concerns and took lots of time answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. He's a great doctor. The staff at the Springhurst location were all friendly and helpful. Felicia, who assisted Dr. Allen was wonderful, and reassuring. If you're looking for a great Oral Surgeon, Dr. Allen is your guy.

I went to doctor Allen for a biopsy of my cheek. After receiving results he gave me two prescriptions. One turned out to only be a topical for this type condition but cannot be used orally so I wasted my money having it filled. When I called back to his office his staff were not able to give me a reason why this was prescribed even after asking him. I think dr. Allen is overbooked And was not focused on my case which resulted in him prescribing one medication that was not appropriate.

He made sure i was comfy and did a great job.

What a gifted surgeon! Dr. Allen is one of the most personable, patient, caring individuals I have ever met. I am in the Pharmaceutical Industry and have been interacting with Doctors for over 30 years. This gentleman is one of the best medical professionals I have ever interacted with. He did surgery on my son and made a stressful situation a completely positive experience. Highly, highly recommend!
