I have been seeing Dr. Leighty for 7 years now, and he is compassionate, caring, and thorough. My husband sees him too. He does his charting while with the patient, so he is very organized.

He used a phone app in front of me to determine IF i needed tests. i promptly changed doctors. I soon found out my gall bladder was blocked and needed to be removed and after that had 3 precancerous polyps removed, Also these surgeries stopped the pain I had been asking him to address

Dr Leighty is caring and takes the required time with his patients. This does a times require short waits. But well worth them for the care you get. Your never made to feel like just a number here. Here they care about you.

Dr Leighty prescribed the wrong medication on one occasion. Another time, he recommended OTC meds that can’t be taken with my prescription meds. He doesn’t seem to have an understanding of the chronic illness that I have.

I have been impressed with Dr. Leighty's genuine concern and sincere efforts to resolve my health issues. He takes the time to listen and style of care is to work with rather than dictate to the client. He takes time both before the examinations to explain options and choices, explain any procedure he is performing and spends time after the examination explaining exactly what he believe is the best course of action. I have had no trouble either with billing or securing an appointment.
