Don’t hold your breath!
Dr. Prapong is good when you are face to face with him, but after that… he forgets about you! His communication skills for after care/follow up care, are just not there. He doesn’t ever go over your test results with you and he doesn’t follow up with you after you see him! Forget ever trying to get a response back from him after you leave him any type of message/email! He simply doesn’t return messages - ever! It’s like you see him and then he forgets all about you the minute your appointment is over. Good luck!

Dr Prapong is the best PCP I've ever had. He listens carefully and really gets to the heart of your concerns to help you the best way possible. He is also kind and caring, showing interest in you as a person not just in your illness. His one weakness is running very behind schedule but he is worth the wait.
