Holiday illness
Telehealth
Over the recent Thanksgiving holiday I had a medical problem that required immediate attention. Although her office was closed, I left a voicemail and received a return phone by Dr. Reese within the hour. We had a successful Telehealth appointment and Dr Reese called in a prescription immediately. I was on medication two hours later. After 40 years of military medicine it is a relief to be able to speak to your physician directly and over a holiday weekend. I am able to get regular appointments within 24 hours and Dr. Reese is always up on current information. I have been seeing Dr. Reese for 18 months and have been very happy with the care I have received.

Horrible doctor
Stay away from this doctor. If I could give negative stars, I would. I went to see her for my annual check up for the first time. She not only told me that everything I was doing was wrong but that everything is carcinogenic-- drinking wine or alcohol once a week to two or three times a month, deli meats or hot dogs once in a while, not always applying sunblock because I already have dark skin and I forget once in a while. Afterwards, I felt like I had to lie because she felt the need to parent me on everything I do.In addition, the receptionist was not much better. She was condescending and passive aggressive. Actually both the receptionist and doctor are passive aggressive. As I mentioned before, this was a wellness visit. Under my insurance, I shouldn't have a copay. They sent a bill for the visit. It's made this whole everywhere even worse. I will never go back there again and I strongly advise others not to go there either. This practice really made me feel that I couldn't trust

Dr. Reese is an excellent physician. She is caring, compassionate, and intelligent. I have been under her care for five years and highly recommend her services. I even sent my Mom to her because of her excellent patient care skills.

Went to Dr. Reese on for an initial visit on 9/18/20. I was told to wait outdoors while I filled out paperwork (no place to sit) and not permitted to sit in the waiting room even though I was masked and no other patients were waiting to be seen. While I was waiting outdoors, I became very nauseous and went in and told her receptionist that I was feeling ill and needed to go home and I did. This morning (9/20/20) there was an email assessing me $25.00 for the "visit" which I promptly paid. Though there was nothing legally wrong with her doing this, her treatment of a sick senior citizen was less than compassionate. I won't be back.

HORRIBLE!!!!! I had terrible poison ivy all over both legs and arms, called her to get some kind of cream to relieve the huge and painful blisters I had all over my body. I got a a face time appointment with her that lasted about 5 minutes where she diagnosed that I had poison ivy. She prescribed me this cream that was smaller than your index finger that only lasted me half a day, I refilled it immediately to only find out that she only put 2 refills on it that I immediately refilled and ran out. Called her on a Friday the following day, after not being able to sleep or work in 6 days, the receptionist told me that I couldn't get another refill without another appointment which couldn't be scheduled until next Tuesday!!!!! so I went to CVS and got my self all the poison ivy creams I could find AND THE WORKED BETTER THAN THE $70 CREAM SHE PRESCRIBED ME!!!!! I am now receiving the bill for the 5 minute face time for $60 for her to not help me at all! SHE DOESN'T CARE FOR HER PATIENTS!

Does not take a collaborative approach in managing patient health. Disregards patient input. Prefers to use lab/diagnostic results and treating using her own al one-size-fits-all approach. Prefers to quote research studies and makes assumptions that all patients should respond in the same manner as the majority of subjects. Appears annoyed at medical Specialists who successfully resolve or manage health issues with interventions that don't mirror her suggestions or the research she quotes.
