Best doctor
She recently perform my hysterectomy. I can't brag enough about her. She was amazing from my first consultation to post op appointments to after hours calls. Always available for questions and concerns.

Endometriosis surgery with Dr Barnes
Dr. Barnes takes her time to ask questions and truly listen to what the patient says. She does not rush you, she has a thorough approach to care and treatment planning. She is very detailed in giving treatment options without coercing your decision. She is also very thorough in planning and explaining all the steps and expectations of surgery. I've never had a doctor take so much time to be sure I am fully educated going into a procedure. As a nurse, I really appreciated her being so detailed in her explanations of everything from pre, intra, and post-op. She and everyone at Northside Gwinnett took great care of me. I am 3 weeks post-op and already feel significantly better. I am super grateful for her amazing care, thoughtfulness, communication, and surgical skills.

The best and great bedside manner
I saw Dr. Barnes to clear my Asherman's, she was great from the moment we walked in the door, she has the best bedside manner. She was able to schedule me and get me in for surgery very quickly so I was able to go back to trying to conceive. She cleared my Asherman's and also was able to open my closed fallopian tube as well. I recommend her a million times over. Her staff is also great, they return calls and messages in a timely manner.
