Dr. Wentian Huang, MD

Dr. Huang is nice and great bedside manner. The clinic is clean and convenient. The staffs are okay.

I don’t know who the person picked up the phone but not friendly and attitude , definitely not recommend

The front desk ladies was rude, unprofessional and bad customer service!

I just wend to Dr. Huang office to take physical test recently. I think this Dr. office is Good. A female doctor Sarah has great patience to explain test result to me, and gave me some good directions to Prevent cardiovascular disease.

Dr and Staff are awesome! I’m sure the bad reviews are from people who expect free service I have been in the waiting room on numerous occasions and heard people say they don’t want to pay. Also the staff jokes and talk ok means they enjoy their jobs, better than going into a clinic where people don’t enjoy their jobs. They have all been friendly and helpful every time I have gone.

The Physician and Nurse Practitioner's are excellent and I have never had any issues with them, the front desk is a joke, when checking in you have someone who is nice and helpful but everyone else isn't. I have called up to the clinic and have been hung up on many times, I can hear them laughing and cussing in the background even when in office the girl that sits in the side is very rude and seems like she doesn't want to be there her attitude is not how you deal with customers. When you check out you get ignored until something is said and than she doesn't want to help you and rather not be bothered. The girls are always on there phone, laughing and talking about other stuff instead of being professional and helping patients. Many of my family members have changed doctors because of this issue, we have spoke with the doctor and nothing has changed seems like the doctor doesn't care and only worries about making money but this is a bad reflection on himself and his practice.

Dr. Huang is very nice and friendly but his staff and the nurses are unfriendly and disrespectful. They act like they don't need patients. One of the nurses, Julcee, was rude and seems like she doesn't like her job. After many visits, I have decided to change my family doctor, and won't come back.

Absolutely the worst Staff experience I have ever had. Arrogant, rude and extremely unhelpful.

Rude staff terrible dr unless ur Asian did not listen to any problem I had then put me on a med that I think he got a kick back on cuz when I finally able to go to a real dr. And I told them what meds I was on and the Dr had a fit and told me to come back and work for him thank god I found a new one who knows what he is real DR WENTIAN HUANG

Has worse front desk ever, they speak loudly and don't respect the patients.

I've been a patient prior to this Dr,. Stella Wong over 10 yrs!! I'm very disappointed in The way the front office clerks bad & in professional manner towards the patients is now,.so many unwritten rules now..they have changed without explaining that to patients..and I feel that this office is only money hungry now.. Charge for anything they can make up a reason for!! I will sadly looking for a new Dr. Office due to this..great doctor yet bad staff..
