I had my first initial visit with Dr. Latshaw today for a routine exam. The office in Southington is modern, clean and inviting. The checkin process was all electronic and high tech, all done online and ahead of time via mobile which I appreciate. The staff was all friendly and efficient and took me right in. Dr Latshaw was warm and friendly, not intimidating, made me feel right at ease. She asked questions gently and respectfully, showed empathy and understanding. The exam itself was as comfortable as it could be. I was relaxed because her manner was soothing. I am 56 years old and have been through many years of exams and this visit was the best by far. I will continue to see her annually. I’m so pleased that I found her only 12 minutes from home. Thank you!

She listens every time and never lets me feel unheard or unseen. She also does her research and does her best to provide any and all solutions and talk through them. Highly recommend Dr Latshaw.

I had less than a minute wait to check-in and then exactly two minutes before I was taken into a room. Dr Latshaw was there to take care of my appointment less than three minutes later. She is a complete professional, very compassionate and understanding and listens when you have questions and very knowledgeable. The entire staff is professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I've worked in a medical office for years. It's such a pleasant experience to deal with friendly staff, phone calls that attend to your needs & a doctor who listens & is thorough. All offices should operate in this manner.

I was extremely disappointed in my experience for several reasons, all of which will not fit within 1000 characters. My 12 (really 13) week pregnancy appointment was a complete waste of time. I heard the babies heartbeat for all of 5 seconds, for the first time mind you… and was asked a few questions. My stomach/Uterus was never felt or measured and I have no idea if my baby is even growing on track. I left in tears.

The entire visit- from check in to check out was very pleasant. The receptionist was friendly and inviting. The medical assistant Ericka, was wonderful and very professional. Dr. Latshaw was awesome, very attentive, and informative. Such great care. Highly recommend!
