Dr Yan is very rude to patient, every time they overbook and it is one hour wait, when I made a complaint to the doctor, she was like" it is very normal for just wait for one hour. if you don't like it you can go see other doctors", then she again "argued" with me that I am also 5 minute late??so I should be there on time and wait for one hour instead of just wait for 55 minutes lol funny. then she yelled at me to out my cellphone away because I was sending a text message to tell my husband I am finally seeing doctor so he can come up to pick me up. Not to mention I have been seeing her for more than one year, but she tells me all the wrong info when she is looking at my chart, such as she thought my annual was done 2 years ago at a different doctor, and she does not remember how long I have been trying to get pregnant, she thinks it is three month while I have been trying to 9 month, I think it should all be in the charts but she looked like she was sleep talking.

I've never seen one like her before. I don't know where this "Doctor" received her degree but she sure need to go back to school and take a course in communication so she can learn how to talk to people. She's nasty to patients and belittles them when they ask questions when she's busy and under stress. She lacks basic professionalism and only sees her patients as a tool for money. I think she chose the wrong career only for the money and that explains why she looks so miserable all the time.

Great doctor she resolved all my wife's issues helped us to have a baby and was always available day or night in emergencies. She delivered our daughter as an emergency c section it was smooth no worries no panic amazing birth at 12 am middle of the night dr left her house and made it she is dedicated to her patients. I have nothing but love for her she is amazing. I wish she had her own office though with nice staff.

She is a really great dr. I love her!!! She saved me in so many ways she found out what was wrong with me I have been going through a lot. She fixed with surgery. I was having fertility issues she helped with that too.She helped me get pregnant saved my baby I almost lost her and delivered my baby she was always available she is very straight forward to the point I have been with her for years! I swear the best obgyn who actually cares about her patients. She just needs her own office!

Not sure why there are negative reviews, but I find dr Yan to be an outstanding doctor who cares for her patient. she is reachable during off hours. She did a fantastic job delivering my baby. During delivery she's so patient and does not rush me for anything. Even though the office may not be tip top clean, but the staff are all professional. I highly recommended dr Yan!

This doctor is so rude. The office is so not organized. They called me back for a mammogram report that made me so nervous as I am not sure what the result. I tried to make appointment sooner but it's all fully booked. I was so nervous on my appointment day and I was there on time for my appointment. However, they made me waited for 2 hours for my report and the doctor told me my mammogram result was incomplete and wrote me another form for another ultrasound. This is ridiculous.
