Dr. Lau is an exceptional and amazing physician. Her expertise, professionalism, bedside manner, and compassion is always superb! Dr. Lau always goes above and beyond with helping me and providing the best medical care, especially with me being a complex high-risk patient. Dr. Lau never gives up on me despite my multiple comorbidities and complex health. She treats patients as individuals and not just another number. Dr. Lau has mastered the art of truly caring for her patients through personalized medicine and care tailored specifically for each of her patients, while also being extremely compassionate and knowledgeable in her field. I am personally forever grateful for having Dr Lau as my nephrologist and thank her for always taking care of me!

Dr Wei Lau is an excellent Dr. She is so patient and helpful with explaining all the pertinent information concerning my health issues. The front office staff and nurses are all excellent as well.

Dr. Lau, it's great doctor very insightful. She's my second nephrologist. So she's the super duoper one, so that's great. The only bummer is having his schedule so far out. I think we made the August appointment back in January, so the pearls of being a good doctor, you're really busy, but as a patient, it does mean scheduling and can be hard. Thanks.

I have been with Dr. Lau for 4 years, and she is the nicest doctor I ever met. She is very patient to listen to you, and always give her advice in time to comfort your mood, sometimes at late night and sometimes on weekends. She also referred you to other doctors within Nephology to let you get different opinions and referred you to other departments when you need other cares. She 's AMAZING and will be with her until she retires.

Dr. Lau was very thorough in explaining my situation she did not rush the appointment and allowed me to ask as many questions as I wanted with an answer that I could understand. This was one of the best experiences I've had at UCI in a long time.
