Dr. Liao was recommended by my family doctor. Dr. Liao's office was terrific! My eyes were truly checked more completely than any other place I had been before. She was were professional and directly told me the multiple issues I have with my eyes. The plan she set forth to resolve and treat my issues made a lot of sense.

Money grubbing receptionist and very rude, shady!
Receptionist tried to collect a deductible of $200 from me even if my Medical Insurance states clearly that deductibles are waived for my Routine Eye Exam, as sponsored by my employer. The receptionist wants me to pay $200 in cash. Very poor experience despite me trying to discuss respectfully. These receptionists are uneducated and will try to get as much money as they can from you. They just wanted me out of there even when I was only asking questions about the services.

Such a good, serious doctor!
I went to Dr. Liao because a friend recommended her. The visit was more thorough than any other eye doctor I've been to. Dr. Liao advised me about my high blood pressure, and caught a new issue that no other doctor found before.

Good place to visit and get eyes examined. I felt optical staff spent the time with me that my eye required. She helped me to choose the perfect eye glass for me today. Thank you so much W!

This doctor all cares about money! Refused to give me eye prescription for glasses and disclose wrong eye information to me verbally as I refused to purchase eye glasses from them. So disgusting!! However they billed my insurance for eye exam but me as a patient got no information for this exam!

I have only had great patient experience with Dr. Liao from my visit today. From appointment setting, through all the steps of reminders and welcome, the process is seamless, professional, and efficient. During my visit, I felt safe and well cared for, even though someone got very crazy at the front desk. Otherwise, I feel very secure in my doctor.

Clearly there is a wait, but when it comes to medical, it's is understandable. This doctor was rushing through everything, including her explanations - which is not at all ideal. When something is coming at your eye at high speed of course you are going to move - and this doctor aggressively shoved my head back into place. When I asked her to stop being aggressive, she denied it. I said that I understand she has a lot of patients, and she snapped that she wasn't rushing. She also just came in to proceed with the dilation process, when in the past all doctors had asked to make sure I had a safe way of getting home, prior to starting the process. Do yourself a favor and avoid. I don't need coddling, but being treated like this was unpleasant to the max.

Wait time was reasonable for a walk-in. Not bad; pretty good. The doctor was attentive, answered my questions and did not rush. She was kind, patient and seems very knowledgeable. I recommend her.
