What an utter disappointment. My concerns were invalidated and she was not even going to provide any services or the referrals needed to continue to work on my medical concerns unless I agreed I wasn't there for POTS symptoms. She made it very clear that she does not diagnose but in the same sentence negated my concerns and chalked it up to being overweight, PCOS or PTSD. She just kept saying she was a specialist, which just showed ego and lack of any true concern for the person in duress in from of them. I completed all the testing and office personnel called and said, you're fine! I had no chance to ask any questions. I walk away from this experience still having all the same medical concerns and with no direction for help. I hope my experience isn't the norm for this doctor and other folks get the respect and dignity they deserve when they come for help.
