Incompetent staff
Dr Fraser is a very experienced and attentive doctor, but his office staff is very incompetent. This kind of staff is not a good look for the Dr's practice. My parents has been with Dr Fraser for many years but it's time to move on. Hate to do this review but if it's not done, there will be no change. The staff needs training in customer service and the wait time needs improvement.

I know the wait is horrible but he spend time making sure he resolve the problems. Best doctor ever is diagnosed is always right and will not return for the same problem not to mention is visit is very affordable. Number one doctor!!

Dr Fraser himself is ok. The wait time in his office is completely ridiculous. My appointment was for 9am. I waited until almost 5pm to see the doctor and my next visit was the same way. They don't respect that their patients time is valuable too. My advice is to find a different doctors office that understands you can't wait around all day

Worse customers service know one answers the phone,and the girl at the front is rude as hell. Wouldn't send my dog there.
