Dr Allabban is a great doctor. Sometimes hard to understand what he is saying (soft spoken). Do not, do not see his assistant Alison. She was nice the 1st time I had her, but after will not see her

Office Staff Doesn't Return Calls
I don't have a problem with Dr. Allabban, however, I can't get through to the office to find out about a prescription. I have been calling for two weeks and haven't gotten a return phone call. I hate to start over with another doctor but when the office staff won't return phone calls it leaves me no choice.

No one Ever answer the phone
I am a patient of Dr. Allaban, the service is horrible. I have been getting in home treatment. He hasn’t monitored my treatment in 7 months. I can never reach the doctor and when I leave a message I get a phone call 2-3 days later which I miss and have to call back to leave a message again and wait to see if his office calls me back.

I had a horrible experience with another rheumatologist in town. Dr. Allabban listened to me and my concerns. He asked me a lot of questions about my health history and ordered testing. I am looking forward to my next appointment with him to go over the results in detail. He has wonderful bedside manners, and took the time to go over his initial assessment in great detail

Dr. Allaban, Listens to his clients, takes his time with you, answers questions, is respectful, knowledgeable and kind. He is able to put all the pieces that other doctors have missed to make a thorough diagnosis. His office and medical staff are excellent.

Very frustrating office visit with Dr. Allabban. I am sure he is good at something but what he is not good at is budgeting his time to see patients. I waited 1.5 hours for my appointment. My appointment was not worth waiting for - I felt he was so far out of time he was more concerned about his next patient than me. I was a referral who provided paperwork in advance - yet "why are you here" instead of "I have reviewed your symptoms - what can you tell me about . . .". Office is hard to find!

Both appointments I've had with him, I've been kept waiting for more than 1 hour past my appointment time. Yet the office policy is we charged out of pocket if we miss an appointment? Ok, I certainly feel like MY time is valuable - where's MY payment? My first appointment he decided I wasn't having an RA flare but only checked my knuckles. I have several other affected joints... The front office staff is amazing but his nurse has a horrible bedside manner, acts like she hates pts or job.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Allabban today and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He took his time with me and asked many questions. We already have a follow up plan to figure out a proper diagnosis, and I feel comfortable that we will have a good working relationship. Well worth the wait time (approximately 45 minutes - this was the only draw back to the visit).

Dr. Allabban, highly recommended by family doc & orthopedic surgeon, sadly never met him. Staff is not up to par!!! Got appointment when I arrived at appointed time was told by girl upfront that I had cancelled my appointment, DID NOT. Got appointment again from girl in her writing 9:10AM, on 9/21, 1 week before appointment get email time is now 10:30AM, have called office, voice mail full or leave message no one calls back, tried 3 times. Frustrated & in severe pain from disease, no cure!
