Dr. Warren Smith, MD

He answered all of my questions and is very thorough and didn't rush in his exam.

Dr Smith is a nondescript individual. He has little to say during office visits. I have no problem with Dr. Smith as all visits have been a yearly routine visit. The limited stars has to do with his main office/exam assistant, a petite 30ish female with long straight brown hair. She has a extremely hostile and flip attitude toward questions or any conversation when the doctor is not in the room. Just too much drama for a doctor's visit - enough to elevate one's blood pressure before and during the visit. On the flip side the front office staff is top notch.

My husband and I find Dr Smith to be personable and knowledgable. He shows concern and listens.

Dr.Smith has been our family doctor for years and has yet to disappoint His staff is a cut above with Shone's guidance. We highly recommend Dr. Smith.

I like Dr Smith. He has been cordial and seemed knowledgeable about my health issues. My husband needed some blood work done to send to his Oncologist in Texas as he travels a lot for his job and we are temporary residents, so I called and asked Dr Smiths nurse if it was something they could do. She responded yes, to make an appointment and have the Dr in Texas fax the request. They did so and then he went to the appt and the nurse said they never received it so my husband made another appt to get the blood work done. She was very rude about it though. I called because I was confused why the Dr office in Texas said they sent it. I was concerned I gave them the wrong fax number. She angrily answered back "It happens all the time, except it didn't!" and hung up on me. This morning my husband called before leaving to make sure the fax was there and she said it wasn't and hung up before he could say another word. I think she must be having a nervous breakdown or something is very wrong

I have been going to Dr. Smiths office for the last 30 years and he always takes the time to hear me out. I appreciate his honesty, and his staff is very professional.

High. He is super friendly and personable. Great experience with diving and flight physicals. He's been my primary care physician for the past 3 years and I've been going to him for work for over 10 years. Staff is great also.

Dr. Smith is a straight talker and had been outstanding in treating my physical issues...his actions, advise and professional attitude has been outstanding...I would rate him as 5-start. Dr. Smith has a staff that is outstanding, I would rate them as 5-start. I recommend Dr. Smith and his staff to my family and friends.

Started out good. Came to him for work comp injury. He deemed me MMI, no restrictions. After complaining of persistent pain, he accused me of trying to work the system. I had to reopen my case at an appeal. I was sent to an orthopedic specialist and I had severe damage. Too bad Dr. Smith did not believe me, now I will have this damage forever. Thanks doc.
