I had the experience of overhearing 2 of the front desk woman gossiping about my choices in clothes and self expression, hearing them speak ill of me and my choices was heartbreaking and further promoted my PTSD, the last thing I would expect out of a medical facility. I truly viewed this as a family care, and to hear them gossip about me was heartbreaking… I have also been discriminated by my ethnicity and my social status, to have all this happen in the span of a few years is truly heartbreaking, I drive over a hour each way, I truly thought they were the best, knowing that they make decisions of your prescription and health based off appearance is not only against the law but disheartening. They also have violated Hippa law by faxing sensitive information and also asking for my other doctor to fax private information as well which is a direct violation considering you do not know who can see or receive the fax. The constipated looks on their faces is enough for me to not come back

He is a terrific doctor! Very caring, educated, compassionate, takes whatever time you require and explains things clearly. Receptionists are very dry and cold, never seem happy and don’t greet you or say hello, thanks or goodbye. You have to communicate through an answering service and hope it gets to the office and you get a reply from the staff. I will no longer press “1” for English and you don’t offer German as a language. Portal works but responses are typically slow so both methods require a high level of patience for a reply.

My visit was great ,the office was clean, My appointment was at 10 am and got right in, no waiting time. The nurse who took me in was very nice and funny, the whole experience was a 10,highly recommended, thanks again Tony

He is a good doctor. I would defiantly recommend him.
