Dr. Warren Hancock, DO

Dr Warren Hancock is the absolute best! He takes the time to listen to all of your concerns. He also runs thorough tests if you're having issues instead of just masking it with medications. I felt totally confident under his care and wish there were more like him. I just recently found out he's leaving our area and I am greatly saddened by that. I also missed him at the office as I was going to give him a personal thank you for the great care and for the kindness that he exuded. Have always been very well pleased with the attention to my health needs. From common colds, covid-19 to cancer. He has made certain my care was managed in a professional manner with a true feeling of personal touch. Have been seeing him since he came to town and would reccomend him highly.

After explaining all my symptoms for the past 11 months , his response was follow up in 3 months, No suggested treatment or help that told me he does not care! (Fired) on to next doctor

Always feel comfortable talking with Dr. Hancock. He never makes you feel like you are being rushed. He is great.

I’m a new patient and been to the office twice and both times I saw Dr Hancock’s PA. I had an ultrasound done on my gallbladder and I wished they had contacted me first on the results of the test. The PA did say that if the ultrasound showed something she would automatically refer me to a surgeon. Well not knowing what the results of the ultrasound, I’m going to consult with the surgeon blindly. There needs to be better communication between doctors and patient.

I have a close family member that is not being treated effectively and their quality of life is deteriorating and no one is coming up with a plan to help them.

Dr Hancock is wonderful...very caring...took time to explain everything. Can’t say enough positive things about him.

We really enjoy Dr Hancock. The office staff is appropriate on the phone , however they don't get the job done! We have called three days in a row, in addition to a call ten days ago, just to get a refill on a routine (not a narcotic) prescription. I dont know what their processes are but either they overbook and can't get all the work done or the processes are not in place to get the job done efficiently. Dr Hancock needs to seriously look at how his office staff and nurses are performing.

Professional and provides me with ample amount of his time each time I visit him. Good bedside manner.

New doc: I found him to be a good listener who asked appropriate questions. He made intelligent responses and worthwhile suggestions. He suggested treatments and asked for records and test results from other doctors. He also requested contact options (regarding my treatment @ MD Anderson). I concluded that he made my best interests a priority... &does not appear to be cocky or arrogant or insecure. In other words, I'm glad to have found such an apparently wise and caring general physician.

Schedule too many people can't get an appointment when you need one. The staff evidentally can't do their job. Have to go to the office every month for refills. They won't send my prescription to insurance pharmacy. Won't return calls. Don't notify of test results.

STAFF IS RUDE! DR. IS RUDE! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DR OR OFFICE. WE DO GO OUT OF TOWN FOR CARE BECAUSE BARTLESVILLE HAS ONLY 1 HOSPITAL. THEY ARE CATHOLIC, AND REFUSE TO PROVIDE BIRTH CONTROL PROCEEDURES. Seems many doctors are angry @ patients who use tobacco. Perhaps we should have a list of their vices? Since the forced insurance changes, they are very uncooperative! Their short supply and large demand has swelled their heads. The ATTITUDE IS -If you dont like my morals&/or politics, die.
