Dr. Walter Matkiwsky, DO

I went to this doctor twice, I am having eye surgery and need to go to a primary doctor for a check up. The first time I went he had me wait 2 hours to see him, the 2nd time I waited an hour and 30 minutes. He is very old, which I would not have a problem with if he was not so slow. And it is not like he is doing anything that would require him to keep the patients waiting for a long time. He is just slow, when he is talking to you he talks very slow and after a couple of minutes he will stop talking and look down like he is going to sleep. The 2nd time I went he told me I had to get a blood work, chest and back X-rays. I stated why do I need all of that for cataract surgery, I understand the blood work but the X-rays made no sense. He was very rude and told me why am I worried about it, I would not have to pay anything. Implying I did not have any money, I stated that is not the problem he did not tell me I needed all those things done on my first visit. Stay away.
