He takes his time to listen to you and has a great manner about him. Dr. Hinshaw is very kind, knowledgeable and caring. All of his staff is very kind and helpful also. As I was telling his daughter on one of my checkups I have been his patient for almost 20 yr. Dr. Hinshaw told her I was a lifer. We all got a laugh. He is correct I will go to him until I don't need to anymore, meaning until I go to Heaven. Thank you Dr. Hinshaw for being a great and amazing doctor. Thank you Shirley H.

Dr. Hinshaw has been treating our whole family for the last 9 years. He is very personable, down-to-earth and loves his patients. He takes the time to not only answer questions and concerns but also get to know his patients. Even when going in extremely sick, his concern for us and his upbeat attitude helps us to leave feeling better (if nothing else with a smile on our face). HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend him and his practice to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable family doctor.

Dr. Hinshaw, Dr. Kitowitz, Michelle (NP), lab tech, nurses, and office staff are the best healthcare team in the state! Hinshaw has treated myself, my mother, and my children for about 32 years. Hinshaw has a lab on site! No appointment needed because walk in's are welcome in the afternoon! Also, he offers Saturday hours! Everyone has been and is still being effected by Covid-19, therefore all doctor's offices were/are required to make changes that resulted forced changes and training on procedures that change daily! For example, more questionnaires, forms, documentation, etc.

Dr. Hinshaw has taken care of me my entire life. He always listens to my concerns and is thoughtful with his approach to my treatment. I cannot thank him enough!

I have been going to DR. Hinshaw for about 45 years he is a great doctor. His staff is very very good nice & polite. Not to many Doctors have walk in with out an appointment. You can also make an appointment

Doctor Hinshaw has been my entire family's doctor for years. He is an awesome doctor and a genuinely good person. He has contributed so much to the city of Garland in his 45 years of practice. My mother was terminally ill and unable to afford her $1,400.00 monthly medication, Dr. Hinshaw hoarded samples for her and never charged her a dime. I called his answering service at 1am the day my mother passed just to leave a brief message to notify him of her passing and instead of waiting util the next business day to reach out, he called me back within a few minutes, He did not complain about the late hour or the fact that he had to work the next morning. He did not rush me off the phone, we talked for an hour reminiscing. I am forever grateful for the amazing care and council he and his colleagues have provided my family over the years. We need not only more doctors like him, but more people like him.... Thank you Dr. Hinshaw.

Dr. Hinshaw and his associates are kind, caring, knowledgeable. Yes there is a wait sometimes because EVERYONE walks in without an appointment and mostly they have neglected themselves to the point of urgent care. He treats everyone and refers to the best for dire situations. Well always come because, it’s definitely worth the care.

the person at check inwindow, unwill to help a handicap, do paper work. i was just there 6 mos. they wanted me , fill out all this paper work. the person at the wondow is to stupid. too anything else..
