Dr. Walter Ezeigbo, MD

The fact that I never felt welcome. I felt as though he didn't give me a chance to tell him about everything I had going on. I was given an injection which hurt badly and found out later that with these types of injections the doctor will use an ultrasound to find the correct place to put it. I think it worsened my condition. It's always a hurry hurry appointment. He never really helped me.

Billing department will not return your calls to resolve issues and errors THEY caused. This creates a poor experience no matter what the experience is with the Provider. Dr. Ezeigbo needs to meet with his staff and help his wife understand that her lack of people and true office management skills will drive patients away from his practice. She is rude and dismisses patient's requests. They need a new office manager because his wife is not at all effective in the role. Providers need to understand patients have a choice and billing is a part of the patient experience. Errors are understandable, but their unwillingness to resolve them is not acceptable at all.

Good listener and caring and has your best health as first priority. Awesome Dr and staff.

I am totally satisfied with his doctor

The doctor is not fair to his patients. I had to pay for a physical examen twice because of an error that his staff made. I do not recommend this place at all. They are not organized in their processes and they lost paperwork. I do not recommend their immigration services.

My visit was during "the" pandemic. Doctor, nurses, and desk stuff were careful but totally approachable. I felt that they take care of me in an excellent, both, professional and human way. I love the fact Dr Ezeigbo, humbly, explains what he is doing and why he is doing it.

Dr Ezeigbo and his staff are wonderful ! He is very thorough and I appreciate him being a good listener and not rushing to get to the next patient. I have been to doctors that are so busy writing and make me feel like they are not listening to me; nor do they make eye contact with me. I have never encountered long wait times to schedule an appointment. I highly recommend him to anyone that does not have a primary care physician and I would also like to mention that I have never had to wait long when I arrive for my appointment.

Had a physical scheduled with Dr.Ezeigbo for the first week of November. A few days before the appointment, was told by someone named "Angel" in the office that he cannot do physicals until Jan 15. Talk about bait and switch at the last moment. I asked if I can get the doctor's email address so I can express my concerns in front of him, and the staff refused. So, hopefully Dr. Ezeigbo sees this review and knows how his staff is treating patients. Terrible experience.

I love Dr. Ezeigbo and his staff. I have never had a problem there.
