If I have questions he answers them he explains the procedure every step of the way.

I hadn’t been to the vein center in over three weeks and when I returned it reminded me of what a pleasure it has been working with the doctor and the staff during my procedures for my varicose veins. The staff is excellent , everybody is friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Dr and staff at West Bloomfield office are the best. Every time I go they are very attentive to my needs and understand my fears. I would recommend this office and Dr. to anyone needed vein repair.

Dr Otaibi has been so thorough throughout the treatments on my varicose veins, explaining in detail every step of the process and making it easy to understand. Dr Otaibi and his entire office team was great! Everyone is knowledgeable, professional, and polite. I was a bit nervous and had quite a few questions and they were all answered with patience. I’m happy I decided to go with Dr Otaibi and his wonderful team!

I went to Metro Vein Center and I was so very pleased with the service I received.My leg was bother me so I look them up online and made an appointment. Once there the staff was super friendly from the front desk to the ultra sound nurse to the doctors assistant to the doctor. I was very surprised as I was leaving one of the patient asked if he could touch me to send a prayer of healing to Jesus. The energy in this office was infectious everyone was friendly and I was very pleased with the service.I would recommend you call and make an appointment. Stop reading the reviews you’ve found the right place. Oh they give out a bag of goodies on your way out!!!!

The office was so neat, clean, and welcoming . The doctor was very informative and the receptionist. This clinic for veins in West Bloomfield is highly recommended.

Had my 3rd visit today and just like the past visits; it was great! Tabitha explained what the procedure entailed and what to expect. Kelsey and Tabitha worked seamlessly together during my procedure and were as gentle as possible. However I had unexpected pain in a treatment area upon my leaving and Tabitha and Cari were front and center to hear my concerns. I was taken back immediately and the area was scanned with out any questions. Thankfully all was good and when I came back out Kelsey was right there to re-explain what to expect and ways to help alleviate any discomfort. Last but not least, The receptionist, Jessica is ALWAYS helpful and friendly which is refreshing these days and I think very important since she is the first and last face we encounter! Thank you Metro vein Bloomfield !

Office is very clean, no wait times. I am a retired nurse and I was very impressed with the services and the nice clean, clean exam rooms.

I was recommended Dr. Otaibi's clinic by a friend and am so, so, SO glad I trusted her advice! I am an active person and do a lot of yoga, but I have a family history of bad veins and had noticed some pain in my legs that was making it difficult for me to exercise as much as I want to. My first appointment with Dr. Otaibi was a free evaluation, and it felt very much like he and the nurses are ONLY there to help you understand what's going on with your veins, no gimmicks. I scheduled some treatments with him after he came to speak with me following my leg ultrasound. He is extremely friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. Everyone knows their stuff and the doctor especially sounds extremely knowledgeable. The energy in this clinic is comfortable and kind. Very excited to go in for my treatments!

Dr. Otiabi is a true professional. To the point and makes sure I knew whats going on. Nice and knowledgeable doctor and helped me with my leg pain. Didn't know I had vein issues until I came into his office.
