Doctor Wade Chien really didn’t seem to care about the ear issue that I was having with my hearing for over the past year.I felt like he couldn’t wait to be done with me and he really seemed totally uninterested that I was concerned about my concerns.

I arranged my son to see Dr. Chien and drove with him to the appointment. He spent about five minutes with him and the appointment was done. His report on the appointment makes it seems like he spent a long time examining my son. He did not. We were charged a lot of money. My sense was that the man is so "professional" that he's forgotten to work with his heart as well as with his head.
