The visit was ok, but we waited over an hour after my staples were taken out and my hip was x-rayed for Dr. Andrews and my daughter eventually went out to ask if I had been forgotten. A gentleman named Bryan came into the room, and only identified himself by his name, not his position and he wasn't wearing a name tag, so I had no idea who he was. Dr. Andrews spent approximately 10-15 minutes when he finally came into the room.

Started out rocky but got a lot better.
The first appointment was a mess. I have a chronic pain condition and I basically felt like he was calling me a drug addict. The next several visits got A LOT better. He was very thorough in his explanation of what is wrong with my wrist and was very straightforward about the treatment plan. I am having surgery done by him soon and he definitely regained all of my trust and confidence.

Terrible bedside manner
While he is a good surgeon he has a terrible bedside manner impatient and condescending. He made us feel dumb often and didn’t even bother to show up to my last appointment and sent another surgeon instead even though he was in the same office.

Excellent practioner
Dr. Andrews completed a very thorough initial exam. All necessary procedures and surgeries were explained in detail. Carpal tunnel and trigger finger surgery went without complications. Office staff amazing. I felt like a person not a number to them. Had an initial consult with ANOTHER GROUP and physician never even looked at me, spent less than 5 minutes with me and staff short and dismissive. This was NOT the case with Dr Andrews and OSS staff. Highly recommend this team.
