Not impressed
While I cannot speak to Dr. Mehta's technical and medical expertise when it comes to managing pain solutions, I can speak to his bedside manner and can say it leaves a lot to be desired. Not only did he not listen to my spouse and provide reasonable solutions to his physical pain situation, Dr. Mehta lacked any bit of sympathy or empathy to his situation. Rather than offering any alternative solutions, he dismissed his concerns and was very abrupt with him in his response. Further, he failed to provide the follow-up referrals he promised. Upon following up, his staff was curt and rude. I would NEVER recommend Dr. Mehta to anyone, and would go so far as to specifically discourage anyone from ever scheduling an appointment with him.

Great Dr
I've had 2 back surgeries by Dr. Mehta in the last couple months. He is a very kind Dr. and his staff is amazing. I do not understand some of these bad reviews. I could not be happier with the way I was treated. Dr. Mehta really cares about his patients.

Amazing!
Amazing! Best doctor I have seen. I asked him to be my primary care but he cannot due to his specialty. Great bedside manner. Explained me and my entire family a plan that we all agreed to. I have my 2 sisters and neighbors seeing him and they all love him. Such a fantastic doctor

Absolutely no relief
I sincerely feel Dr. Mehta doesn't care about patients. Twice I've come to this doctor bc my primary doctor believes he can assist me with my pain management. I've been charged $45 co-pay only to leave the way I come in which is in pain. My blood pressure was high in his office on yesterday. I felt as if he thinks everyone is only out to gain narcotics and that's not the case. I am a person that prefers not to take medication but if I'm in excruciating pain and a professional doctor feels medication will give me relief then I trust them at their word. I saw information about my deceased father that I know I didn't provide. I am absolutely disappointed because I try to cooperate and do what is asked of me but times I was returned void. I am dealing with alot emotionally and physically. Dr. Mehta has no bedside manners. I will continue physical therapy, my ptsd counseling but not him. He simply doesn't care. He even stated that he didn't know why I was referred. Disrespectful.

Disappointed And Still In Pain
I took off work for the initial consultation. The staff who took notes did so on a post it. When I saw the doctor, it was all of 5 min just for him to say he needed to see images from my former X-rays and MRI from 2 years ago. I obtained them from out of state and had them sent over. After 6 weeks of hearing nothing, I was told the images were too old and new ones were needed. So I spent more time off work and money to get that done but worth it because I was in constant pain. Another few weeks and I was finally told I had several pinched nerves, but there was no explanation of how or why. I was scheduled for injection so I specifically asked for the same injection I was given the last time at my hospital out of state. Instead, other less effective medication was used and I had ZERO pain relief after 3 weeks. Constant emails asking for a resolution and all I was offered was a referral to another doctor or surgery center. Completely disappointed. Very unprofessional. No empathy.

Dr Mehta and his Staff are awesome. They are very concerned about your pain and will try to find ways to help ease them, so you can live a normal life. You are "not" a number coming in one door and out the other, they actually care.

He looked at no information within the system or that was brought along. Upon being able to read his visit notes they are full of misinformation, blatant lies, and claims that I demanded opioids painting me as a drug seeker. He gave no suggestions of treatment, tried to refer unrelated specialist, and then refused to help me in any manner. If you need help with chronic pain, avoid. All you will do is leave frustrated and having wasted your time.
