he always belittled my other doctors' idea of 'treatment', and yet they helped me, and he didn't. I felt like I was merely a cash-cow for him and his referrals to other doctors.

A highly professional psychiatry consultant
I have been seeing Dr. Yeganov for psychiatry for nearly 20 years. I retired from work in the mental health field myself and have observed a lot about how patients are cared for in both the inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. Speaking from my own experiences, Dr. Yeganov has helped be through so many challenging mental health troubles I have lost count. He gives me the time I need to explain my concerns over med side effects, psych med interactions and long-term consequences of taking meds He also helps me to evaluate the pros and cons of starting, stopping or changing meds. He is very sharp at explaining how these psych medications work and interact on my brain and body. He has nearly always been a straight shooter with me when discussing the consequences of not managing my disorders adequately but is flexible in his support of letting me decide when I am ready to alter treatment regimens. Through the years I have observed that Dr. Yeganov genuinely cares about me and a

Very pushy, will force you to change meds
If you're a patient with a stable medical history I highly DO NOT recommend this doctor. I moved to the Dallas area and Dr.Yeganov tried to immediately change my medication formulation to one I had tried before that had failed miserably. Any attempt to disagree was met with fierce opposition/ yelling/ shouting and condescending slurs at me the patient. Worst experience i've ever had with a psychiatrist in my life.

Great Dallas Psychiatrist for Adults
I highly recommend Dr. Yeganov. I've never had a psychiatrist demonstrate so much care for their patients by asking thoughtful questions and listening attentively to how my mental health is going. Dr. Yeganov made me feel confident in our treatment plan as he was always sure to ask about any other medical issues I might be having and their effect on my well-being. For context, I've seen Dr. Yeganov for nearly 7 years. I'm a female in my mid thirties.

Easy to schedule an appointment. It took a couple days for them to call me back after I left a message about needing to schedule an appointment for a new patient, but they were able to get me in quickly. The wait time was bit long, but they let me know to expect a long visit for my first visit. Dr. Yeganov took time to ask me a lot of questions, take notes, and explain my diagnosis and medications. He answered my questions and made sure I didn’t have any other questions before I left. It was my first appointment but I quickly realized that he was extremely knowledgeable in his field and that I was going to be under good care with him. (I care much more about getting quality care than a flashy office environment or the wait time, and this feels like quality care.)

I called and left a message for an appointment for new patients. After a week's time (actually more), no one called me back. The voicemail says do not leave multiple messages. With the office being closed, I have no idea how to get through otherwise.

This is a review for the completely incompetent receptionist DONNA. Making appointments for yeganov with her is IMPOSSIBLE. I received a text reminder for an appt I couldn’t make and immediately called to reschedule. Donna called me back at 8PM the next night- which I missed due to the late time- and asked if I wanted to reschedule in her voicemail. I called back 3 times and left 3 voicemails to reschedule to no avail. Finally when I called for the 4th time and left a message letting her know I would now be discontinuing my care with Yeganov-she FINALLY called me back, YELLING at me, speaking over me and insisting she called me every day and left me many voicemails. When I said I received only one message she changed her story and said my inbox was full. So which is it? Husband called my phone and inbox was perfectly fine. Due to her complete unprofessionalism and laziness- Yeganov has lost me as a patient. Rude woman. Unbelievable. I’ve been an easy and reliable patient for him.

I give them two stars because Yeganov was easy to deal with. His two front desk staff members, however, were incompetent. I scheduled an appointment three weeks in advance only to call the day before for the appointment time, which they did not have on record. Additionally, the staff claim that "this is healthcare" and "you will have to wait an hour after your scheduled appointment time to see the doctor, and if you are more than 15 minutes late, we will cancel on you and charge you a fee after
