Wasted my time
Scheduled virtual visit through MyPrivia for same day sick visit. Waited and then they cancelled the visit after calling to say I would have to be in person. What a waste of time!

My husband and I both see Dr. To and have always received consistent excellent care. She watches lab results and follows up as needed. Has referred both of us to specialists when needed with life saving outcomes.

Very pleased patients – Jan 31, 2020

Hi, Ive seen Dr To for years as my primary care physician. She is knowledgeable and even knows insurance ins and outs to help me navigate treatment. She has referred me to some great doctors. I must say I dont feel shy talking to her because she listens and gives you options without pushing. She always understands and tries to empathize but is always professional. Her staff of nurses are just as caring. Front desk crew is ok but I have had some miscommunications with them here and there. They always call me back. Best thing is I can come there and get seen within 15 minutes usually even on weekday afternoons. Booking appointments usually I can be seen within 5 to 10 days. Also they have Saturday am appointments which I like in a pinch.

She cannot do much, but she will tell you that if you start to hear a heartbeat in your ear suddenly for no reason, be worried if it stops.

Why people are giving so many stars for this MD. I started going to Dr. To in Columbia office in 2015. My scheduled appointments for yearly Physicals were cancelled by the office due to Physician's personal matter schedule for 4 times. I never had a physical in 2016 and 2017 appointment was just cancelled yesterday. I was sick 3 times, 1 time was serious and never get to see her as she is not available. The office ask me to see NP and DO. What is a PCP for!!!!! pushing patient to see others!!

I have been very pleased with Dr. To's professionalism and genuine concern. She diagnosed me as likely having a stroke while I was in her office. At the hospital, a stroke was confirmed. Clot buster medication was administered. Stroke resolved in about two hours. No residual symptoms or problems. She saved my life. I drive two hours each way to see her.
