I Do Not Recommend!!!
Through my Provider, she is listed as a PCP, taking new clients. After calling for 2 days and finally leaving a message for the calls, someone at the office answered. Once I quickly explained why I was calling I WAS HUNG UP ON! Feeling it might be a mistake I promptly call back, the phone was again picked up I could hear brief conversation saying 'it was him again' and AGAIN BEING HUNG UP ON! Now Upset, I called a 3rd & 4th time to find out why this type treatment, to which the phone just went to voicemail, to hear the mailbox is full. Trust me after spending 2 days trying to narrow my search down and thinking this a great choice, it is taking a a painstaking amount of restraint not to use MUCH STRONGER LANGUAGE to express my discontentment. But I'll leave it at this.... To those in search of a Primary Care Provider I give VIVIANE B ACKAD, MD, a ZERO STAR Rating, but had to at least choose 1 star to be able to leave this..... MUCH BETTER choices exist!
