Dr. Viviana Suaya, MD

I only visited her office on one occasion because other than that, I was relegated to phone appointments. Bottom line, is that my experience was that she was extremely unreliable, in terms of returning calls in a timely fashion. This is despite the fact that on numerous occasions I made it abundantly clear to her that I was in the verge of running out of meds. I wouldn't wish the experience that I had upon anyone else.

Stands patients up, doesn’t reply, slow to refill medications and is extremely rude and condescending.

Horrible Dr. Viviana Suaya ignores emails, phone calls, my daughter is constantly running out of medication which is dangerous and can cause seizures. Terrible patient care!

This “doctor” is rude and judgmental to her patients. Does not return urgent phone calls, ignores her patients and leaves them without medication that is absolutely necessary to their wellbeing. This woman must be stopped! Take away her license!!!

No bedside manner. Blew off an appointment. Blew off the follow up phone call after she missed the appointment. Knew NOTHING about me even though she has worked with me for months. (She didn’t know what I did for a living or what medicines I take? The medicines she prescribed? Seriously?)

She is really bad. Doesn’t ask anything about me or try to get to know me as a person. Like some of the other reviews said, she got the money questions out of the way first. She acted exactly like a robot. She asked 2 questions, and then had a really difficult time making conversation, and you could tell she just wanted to be in and out. I would much prefer an AI robot rather than her. My visit was supposed to last 40 min, but she kept rushing me and the visit was only 20 min. I don’t think she’s in this profession to help people but to make as much money as she can. She clearly does not care about her patients. I won’t be coming back

Late to appointment. First appointment was for her to ask about money rather than my health needs. Rude, inconsiderate, short tempered.

Forgot my name multiple times, never remembered my symptoms, raised her voice at me when all I wanted to do was express the negative side effects of the medication she prescribed for me. I urge you to not visit this incompetent doctor.

I am presently a patient of Dr. Suaya and I thoroughly enjoy having her to talk with about the direction of my life. She strengthens me with her positive, understanding and compassionate listening ear. She always encourages me in my attempts to stay positive, realizing that many people are dealing with the same types of stressful situations in our society. I always feel refreshed and invigorated after meeting with her; and she is an attractive, lovely person.

I have seen Dr Suaya for many years now. I can tell with confidence that she is a caring, gentle and dedicated Dr. She was there with me in the hardest of times, she held my hand , called to check on me and help me to get to my normal self. She has the know how in treating patients my medications are under control. My life is better because of her . I trust her and I highly recommend her .

Terrible bordering on negligent. The patient questionnaire is extremely long and personal and the doctor doesn't review it before your visit and then basically asks why you're there as if you didn't just supply all of that information and then some. I would think if a form is asking you to fill out a bubble if you're suicidal or not (I'm not) that she'd take the time to review it before speaking with you so she knew how to proceed.

Dr Suaya is a very practical, no nonsense person. She seems very adept at medication management for ADHD and is good with my daughter (elementary school age). She was exactly what we needed to supplement therapy.
