She is very good technician with ultrasound guided injection. Her poor medical judgement left me at risk of further injury when she, for medically incorrect reasons, refused to treat my knee pain. Here reason was refered to by NIH as an "old wives tale" and also paranoia. She was wrong.

  • Wait times
What could be improved
  • Difficult to schedule appointment
  • Didn't listen or answer questions

I was having severe back pain and loss of sensation in my legs. My GP said I had nothing wrong, just lose little weight. Dr.Shih checked me, confirmed severe stenosis with test and recommended a terrific surgeon. Now all of my symptoms are gone and I feel 20yrs. younger! She also helped me greatly with knee pain. Perhaps the best Doctor I ever had!
