Dr. Vivian Loveday-Laghi, MD

First time I met Dr. Loveday she was my Internal Med. doctor. I was admitted thru ER for gangrene of a toe. My entire body felt toxic. She was thorough upon visual examining me, very polite, courteous, informative, and helpful to my needs. My toe had to go! Lol. Yes they amputated it. Dr. Loveday's professionalism, confidence, and overall nurturing nature calmed my nerves and anxiety and made my visit very pleasant. You get 5 stars from me Dr. Loveday.

Most incompetent staff ever!! After more than 6 mon repeated follow up via phone & personal visits to office for a CANCER specialist referral I finally had to call ins company, get the referral code myself & provide to them so that the referral could be put into the system. UNBELIEVABLE! Now an EKG they provided to the cardiologist was the wrong date (over 8 months old) their excuse is that the machine date must be wrong, and just trust us-its the most recent. Yeah, right.

She is one of the nicest and most thorough physicians I have ever been to. She looked at the total health picture and gave referals to different specialists and her staff was prompt and courteous with following up on the referrals, scheduling appts and dealing with any pharmacy issues . It is a practice that I would highly recommend.

My first visit was swell the Dr. referred me to have test. I have monthly appts but she didnt mention the results (except blood), I had to, only to find out she did not have them. So I called all the places and had them sent over to her. Yet each appt she still did not REMEMBER or have the results. The Dr. also opened door while I was talking about PERSONAL stuff for the entire waiting room and office to hear. Office mgr yelled@ me bc I'm upset, "need to watch my attitude" bc she is the manage

They setup a new policy and tried to back track over 6 months and charge me for a no show. I requested proof that I had signed a disclosure stating no shows would be charged a fee, they couldn't provide it. You can't just charge people for new policy fees and backtrack that's crazy. Shame on you
