Dr. Vivian Hernandez, MD

Dr. Hernandez is a nice person who did a terrible job on my facelift. I have a huge scar that is extremely noticeable. When I went back to discuss my outcome she wouldn’t even look at the scar and told me it was merely a fold in my skin. She failed to get rid of the jowl on the left side of my face. I just left because she failed to take responsibility or offer any kind of remedy to the problem. I would never, ever recommend her to anyone.

I never write reviews as such , however, I am so incredibly pleased with my recent experience with Dr. Hernandez and her wonderful office staff that I felt compelled to share my experience. I found Dr. Hernandez through my local dermatologist who was raving about her results. Upon meeting Dr Hernandez I realized that this little gem of an office was the perfect fit for me. The whole experience leading up to the surgery date was effortless thanks to Melanie (the wonderful patient concierge) who literally walked me through the pre-surgical preparations. The whole team was so professional and made me feel truly cared for! If you are considering any type of facial rejuvenation i would highly recommend this establishment.Sincerely- K

A facelift is a huge commitment that you want to get right! I did my homework and chose Dr. Hernandez for a few reasons. I wanted a surgeon who only does faces. Very important! I knew of her outstanding reputation and I was incredibly impressed when I met her. Her office says a lot about her. It’s not ostentatious ( which is honestly the first thing that impressed me). Melanie, the receptionist is friendly, warm, competent and very helpful. Dr. Hernandez listened to exactly what I was looking for and made me feel confident that I was in good hands. The surgery was easy, recovery was so quick and the results are perfection. I look like myself, but a younger more refreshed version, which is exactly what I hoped for. Dr.Hernandez is a warm, caring doctor who will be by your side through the whole process. A genuinely good person. I can’t recommend her enough. She is really fabulous, you won’t be sorry! Very positive experience!

Dr. Hernandez has beyond excellent skills and great outcomes! Melanie in the office is very professional and kind! This was my second procedure with Dr Hernandez and I can’t say enough good things about both experiences! The office and surgical suite is very clean and comfortable! They don’t overlap patients so it is a very private experience! Dr. Hernandez is an expert in her field and I’m very happy with the results!

The office itself is quiet, private and immaculate. Melanie schedules patients so that there is no overlap, assuring no wait time and complete privacy. She is always accessible for questions and is the consummate professional, having ultimate patience and discretion. Dr. Hernandez does not advertise or “upsell”. She does only what is necessary to achieve the most natural look for you. She operates to the most exacting standards and is meticulous in her work. You will not look “done”, plastic, stretched, or shiny. Her laser focus is in making you look your absolute best. You also receive detailed instructions on how to prepare for surgery and what to expect afterwards, so that nothing is a mystery. You are part of a team. I highly recommend Dr. Hernandez, (and Melanie), for private, personalized, natural results that will leave you feeling refreshed, and looking at life renewed.

The Dr Hernandez is a true artist, I get Botex and fillers twice a year and her expertise with injectable’s always gives such beautiful results.

2/18/22 My wife, Anita, had a wonderful facial yesterday, at the office of Dr. Vivian Hernandez, in Boca Raton.. Anouck Fauteux is the Esthetician and I was very pleased. She was very caring about my skincare needs and gave me excellent advice. In addition, Melanie, at the front desk, was very personable and took the time to answer all my questions. Dr. Hernandez’s offices are beautiful and she has a stellar reputation as an exceptional surgeon.

Dr. Hernandez is very friendly, informative, and thorough and professional in her services. You walk out feeling well taken care of and more beautiful and confident in your appearance. You are always taken on time are in and out quickly, she values your time. A wonderful physician all around.

I had.a wonderful experience at Dr Hernandez’s office. From the start Melanie was most pleasant and very caring. Dr Hernandez was very attentive, answering all my questions and concerns, calmed my nervousness and made the whole experience very pleasant. I am 64 year old patient of Dr. Hernandez who recently underwent face lift and lower lid surgical procedures. The results are fabulous i look better than I did 20 years ago.
