Poor office service.
Very disappointed in patient care service at office in Harlingen. I was supposed to be called by Patil's assistant for a follow up MRI after aptmt on Sept 23, 2022 for my 4 yr old grandchild. It is Oct 7. 2022 and have yet to receive a phone call etc. I've made multiple calls to the office with only 1 actual person answering the phone in over 2 weeks and the rest is answering machine saying they can't get to the phone, to call during business hours, yet it's like 8:30 or 9 a.m., 1:30pm, 2:17 pm etc. Unbelievable!

I broke my radial bone. Patil said "non-displaced." It had a 12 degree doral tilt. Houstom wrist specialist said you had to correct -straighten dorsal tilt within 2 weeks. I was 3 days past. He ruined my wrist. I don't recommend him.

Very organized from start to finish.. from receptionists, Medical staff from vitalizing, nurse, xray tech, PA, and Dr Patil very kind, caring and informative, comfortable environment and very organized... appointment on time.. no long wait... very appreciative to everyone involved..

They sent my online registration to my landline. The wait was 21/2 hours, & was freezing cold! There were patients inside & outside waiting. Way too many people!! After registering, went in to meet a nurse, lost my place & had to go back to Erin for another long wait! The only staff I was impressed by was Dr. Patil, who was personable, friendly as well as professional. I would not recommend this crowded office!!

Phenomenal Dr. He is very kind and Super humble. He Always explains everything with great detail and makes sure we understand how things are going with recovery. Really Awesome staff as well, they are Always just as friendly and personable as Dr Patil!!

Dr. Patil did my total knee replacement a year ago. I had a great outcome. Dr. Patil was very blunt ahead of surgery that I needed to get my blood sugar under control before the surgery or I risked infection and poor outcome. I needed the bluntness. He also emphasized that I needed to do the pre-op exercises. This was my third knee replacement and the best as far as regaining my range of motion. I had no side-effects from the procedure. Highly recommend him.
