Impatient and flippant
She did a laser treatment on my eyes a couple years ago and did not listen to me when I told her it was very painful. She got noticeably impatient. I told her I have a history of anesthesia not taking effect but she ignored me. She's left my area but I looked for another doctor anyway as I do not trust her.

Cold, Insenitive and not Caring or Professional.
I was referred to Dr Klair for surgery with a uncommon Epiretinal Membrane Diesease. Her staff didn't wear gloves and didnt explain procedure of eye pressure test before coming at my eye with the instrument. At that point, I was experiencing some anxiety and requested Dr Klair to perform the eye pressure test. Dr Klair walked into the exam room and that is when Dr Klair stated that I was not a canidate for the surgery. She never even examined my eye. I had already been diagnosed by two previous Dr's, non surgeons, and was needing surgery ASAP. I was then ushered out of her office with no futher conversation, nor, recomendation or any direction to go. Shame on you Dr Klair....no one deserves to be treated in such a manner. I ended up going to Newport Beach, Ca where Surgeon Dr Kawji performed my successful surgery with a kind, gentle and respectful manner. Day and Night difference as to how I was treated as a patient.

I found her cavalier about my sight problems. She did not answer my questions about my previous cataract surgery, so I am seeking help from another doctor who specializes in this area.

Dr. Klair is outstanding. I had a stye last year that another opthamolgist did not give me the proper care to get rid of it. She did. I will never go to another doctor. And, she has a terrific personality. The information she gives me is easy to understand, and the staff at her practice is wonderful.

I was waited on right away at the front desk, everyone was very nice. The nurse came to get me and she moved forward doing my eye exam, reading charts, eye drops etc. She was very efficient and couldn’t have been nicer. Dr. Klaire came in to do her exam a few minutes later. She is always so nice & is willing to answer any questions you may have. All in all, this was a great visit.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Klaire. I had an emergency on a Friday, called Friday morning, they got me in, in the afternoon. I was 2nd to the last patient, on a Friday mind you, and she could not have been more kind or caring, even recommend something else I could do to help. I would definitely recommend her. Very Kind and Professional

Preliminary testing was boilerplate. However very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Klair seemed uninterested unless I needed surgery (which I do not), and borderline rude, making comments of my weight. I hope there will be another ophthalmologist available next year
