I have been a patient of Dr. Balderston for decades but over the past 5 years she has become the one doctor that nobody should put their trust in. She is all about collecting your money but doesn't want to do any work. She doesn't care about helping her patients, just collecting money. I gave her one last chance today where I had to pay out of pocket for the whole appointment because she is now out of network for me and my wife. I had explained to her staff when making the appointment that I had an allergic reaction to a medication and needed paperwork filled out to not lose my license. They said ok, don't forget the paperwork. Instead of looking through ANY of the paperwork or scans that were run or my history, she immediately said she was not going to help. Very NORMAL for her. IDK how she became THIS when she used to be so good and caring but that time is GONE!! My recommendation is to pick a random doctor who isn't her, cause they might help but you can be guaranteed she will not!!

Dr Balderston is an excellent doctor. She takes time to listen--a lot of time that had been unusual with my previous doctors. She takes time to listen to what you are up to in your life. Might be to determine your social and activity level, but her method works to make you feel like someone who she wants to hear about and help in whatever way she can. She's the best!!

Dr. Balderston has been my PCP since 1999. She has given me excellent care at all times. She is a compassionate, thoughtful physician who takes her time and listens carefully. She is a very thorough diagnostician who works diligently to gather pertinent information. I find her both personable and professional at all times. I have complete confidence. In her care.

Haven’t got the chance to meet the doctor but her staff in making the appointment wasn’t helpful at all. They cancelled the appointment and made me inactive and when I ask to help after getting in the office with a different appointment, the lady refused to help and was rude.

Dr Balderson is the most detailed PCP we have ever had. Very personal, listens to everything, takes the time necessary to evaluate your condition correctly. We have many friends that feel the same about her. Her staff and even other Dr’s compliment her. Thank goodness for Dr Balderson

I followed up with her after being diagnosed with a blood clot in my leg. At the time, I was also experiencing pain in my pelvic area over the last several months. Upon hearing of my symptoms, she ordered me to get an ultrasound of my leg and my pelvic area. I'm thankful that my doctor was proactive because the ultrasound revealed a cancerous mass on my ovary. I was diagnosed with stage 1C grade 1 ovarian cancer. I am lucky it was caught early, and I have Dr. Balderston to thank for this!

I have been going to Health quest for years. I would highly recommend them!! Dr. Balderston literally saved my life!! I was there for a routine physical and she found a spot on me that ended up being malignant melanoma!!! She's a great listener and is the best Dr I have ever had!!!

The doctor is wonderful, but those handling calls for appointments need some serious customer service training. I am always made to feel like they are doing me a favor by scheduling an appointment.
