This doctor and his nurse practitioners do very little to absolutely nothing at all for their patients. The only thing that receives any real focus and attention during each visit to this office is how quickly one patient can be seen, so another patient can be called back, solely for the purpose of another invoice payment from the patient's insurance companies. Meanwhile, any specialized care and needs for a patient never gets addressed properly (or with any sense of urgency) because the majority of the office staff are extremely rude and totally incapable of handing any specialized documents, referrals, or paperwork that is necessary to receive quality healthcare from a specialist. I would strongly advise anyone reading this review to avoid this doctor's office at any cost, and seek other options for your medical care needs, because the healthcare they provide is extremely subpar and can cause irreversible damage (or even death) to the patient - especially if they are elderly.

He leaves no rock unturned. He checks for everything to ensure you receive the medical help needed. He even saved my 83-year-old mother's life when she contracted COVID-19 in late 2019.

Dr.Patel is an excellent physician! He listens and addresses all questions. He is compassionate and knowledgeable about current practice. Regrettably the management and operations of his office is incompetent and contributes to barriers to appointments and care. The staff is often abrupt, places a person on hold fir long periods of time, and at times, difficult to understand. They also call and leave messages about test results. Then they do not answer the phone when the call is returned the next minute. The latest issue is the discordance between the hours placed on the telephone message and the actual clinic hours. The phone message states the hours are from 7 am to 5:30 pm. Yet the office answering service informed me the new hours are from 8 am to 3:30pm. Why weren’t patients informed of this change? So sad that these types of management issues may keep patients from returning. Or from referring patients and friends.
