Dr. Viola Monaghan, MD

I have to wonder if the negative reviews are written by a competitor because I’ve not seen an inkling of any of the negatives. Dr Monaghan is one of the nicest people I have ever met and is certainly the nicest doctor of any type. She has a soft and reassuring bedside manner. She listens to your concerns and is very kind and patient. She explains everything thoroughly and gives you the opportunity to ask as many questions as you need. I have seen her many times and it’s always the same. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Honestly they are so great it almost feels like you are a guest at times as opposed to a chart. It is easy to get an appointment and I have never waited more than 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Typically it’s less than 5 minutes. This is a wonderful office. I am not a fan of doctors in general and this is the only one I never dread going to.

I don't understand the negative review that was left in 2016. Dr. Monaghan is very nice; I've seen her many times, and she is always friendly and careful. She analyses your needs and makes good recommendations.

Unprofessional, uncontentious staff-very unorganized with insurance processes. Long appointment wait times; when I called they told be they were booked solid, but there was absolutely NO ONE else there and I still had to wait for almost an hour. Dr. Monaghan's bedside manner is extremely pretentious - she thinks she has the prestige of a specialist when she is just a family practitioner. Actually you can't really tell what she thinks because of all of the botox, but that's how it seems.
