A physical for my Dad prior to going to MemoryCare Community in Pennsylvania As always the visit was great. Dr Ibelli has been our family Dr over the years and it’s been nothing short of exceptional. I appreciate his time and concern for our maladies but also a friend. Concetta runs a great office with a very good staff who treat everyone with concern. I wanted to thank them for their service to my family and will continue on with myself.

Dr. Shapiro and Dr. Ibelli are perfectly competent physicians. However, their administrative/support staff is incompetent and rude. I am looking to switch physicians as a result. I've been made to wait for up to 2 hours after checking in on time. I have had numerous phone calls where I've been treated with contempt and disrespect when asking for simple clarification. Right now I am wrangling with the nurses because I ran out of medication I've taken consistently for years. I've now been without medication I normally take daily for 4 days and am experiencing side effects. If I needed an evaluation to get a refill, shouldn't the doctor's office have called to set up that appointment? Since they didn't call, shouldn't they at least send an urgent bridge prescription so I don't have a lapse in medication? At a normal doctor's office, the answer to these questions would be "yes". At this doctor's office, the answer is anyone's guess.

Dr. Ibelli disrespected my decision to hold off on the covid vaccine at this time. He could not give me an evidence based risk-benefit analysis to support his position. Instead, he resorted to coercion and shame by threatening that I would not be able to travel, and that I would be considered a MURDERER if I didn’t become vaccinated now. My concerns for lack of safety or efficacy of the current vaccines were dismissed. I am leaving his practice.

Friendly and highly professional and responsive. Dr. Ibelli knows his stuff! He asks the right questions to make sure he knows my situation in depth. And he makes sure that I get the right medications to stay in good health. Keeps my pre-diabetic situation well in check.
