Worse Customer Service Skills Lately
The customer service Cristin was very rude and disrespect. Premier Family Health Care was years ago very pleasant. Now it's a Medical market.

Went from best to absolute WORST
Premier Family Health has served as my primary since 2006! I moved to Fort Lauderdale and still made the drive to Wellington because I loved how the office was run and how caring the providers were. Things started to change a year or so ago and now they are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Most of the staff has already left since Innovacare has taken over. Nurse practitioner baptiste is the absolute worst medical professional have ever met in my life! She lacked compassion, she was rude.I'm disrespectful, and did not care to hear a word you had to say. It took her 2 days to get my refills to my pharmacy, and instead of sending three months worth, she only sent one month. I called this morning to have them. Look into that and send the other prescriptions in. I was told it would be taken care of in the prescription would be at the pharmacy sometime today. That did not happen, and in fact, there is a message on the portal that NP Baptiste, instead suggested that I set up an appointment. I only k

Far from 'Premier'
Probably not the forum for this but the care provided at Premier, particularly the urgent care leaves much to be desired. While the office is open until 8:00 pm the staff does not answer calls after 5:00 pm. I had pancreatitis and could not get a CT scan until 5:00. The technician tried to call to verify scan diagnostics and no one would answer the phone! After repeated attempts by the tech. it was explained that she could walk in and get helped. She insisted that she was the one doing the CT scan and needed additional information. How incompetent! After the scan she was unable to get an answer as to whether or not I could leave or needed to go the ER. They told me just to go home. I finally got a call late the following afternoon to go to the ER immediately as I had acute pancreatitis. I was in the hospital for three nights no thanks to Dr. Apicellas remarkable Urgent care p. I am getting out of this practice as soon as possible. If Urgent care is open answer the darn phones!

THE WORST@!!!!! – Aug 31, 2021

The staff at Premiere is now the worst. They used to be friendly, courteous and prompt. Now they give attitude and don’t follow through with what they are supposed to do. You will end up having to call many times to make sure they do what they were supposed to do. And I have waited an hour and a half to see a doctor. The quality is not worth the visit.

Red Flag: When doctors spend more time becoming baristas than doctors, someone is going to pay...and that someone is YOU! Time to find a real doctor and get out of this healthcare mall.

Dr Apicella has almost given up seeing medical patients, preferring his anti-aging practice, and has given up responsibility towards patients.. He sluffs off patients on the doctors who work for him. He and his staff are indifferent and non-responsive to patients. refusing to renew prescriptions without letting you , or the pharmacy know. You are left hanging waiting for prescriptions you need. Phone calls are not returned. Two neighbors are leaving, or have already left his practice..

We have been going to Dr. Apicella for over ten years and though we now live in Port St. Lucie, Florida, we would never think of looking for another physician. As a professional fire officer with over 40 years of service, both my wife and I look upon Dr. Apicella and his staff as professionals in every sense of the word.

We've been seeing Dr. Apicella for several years and now other members of our extended family see Dr. Apicella a as well. Visits are always professional, prompt and thorough. In my 2013 annual physical, Dr. Apicella found a spot on my right lung which turned out to be malignant. This early discovery of lung cancer led to immediate surgery and I am now cancer free. We consider Dr. Apicella to be our first choice for Doctor of the Year!
