Dr. Lands is very knowledgeable, very personalable, explained my condition well and showed me the X-rays so I could fully understand his treatment recommendations. He takes the conservative approach instead of immediately jumping into a surgery when there are other choices. Would recommend him to anyone with an Orthopedic problem.

Dr.Lands is an awesome physician. His knowledge of orthopedic medicine is exactly what I needed. I’m so glad that he is my doctor. Every question I asked he had an explanation and gave examples on why or why not. I couldn’t have found a better doctor. Thank you

I've had the unexpected pleasure of meeting Dr. Lands for surgery after a broken arm. He is very nice and explained my procedure thoroughly along with options. The only issue I had was communication with his office when I had a setback. It was hard to get a phone call back to secure another appointment. Communication with the office could be better.

Does not explain injury or procedure. Emergency surgery cancelled related to pt ate a bite because no one informed her that she was going to see an orthopedic much less needed surgery, while she waited in the ER at North Oaks. However, the emergency surgery was rescheduled for 1 week away. That;s right, from emergency to one week away.

Dr. Lands was very easy to talk to and his explanation of my condition was concise. He offered me options for treatment and I will continue to use him as my specialist.

Dr. Lands is always very pleasant and thorough in his exam. He listened to my feelings on which way to proceed with my care. I feel if I decide to proceed with surgery that he will be the doctor to take care of it.

Dr. Lands would not listen when I told him something wasn’t right after he did surgery on my broken collarbone. The area stayed red and I kept telling him it wasn’t right. He would not listen so I went to another doctor. I had to have 3 surgeries and major plastic surgery because MRSA invaded the bone. I went through a lot of pain for over 6 months before the healing started. Needless to say I would not recommend this doctor and I also doubt they’ll put this on this page .

Dr. Lands performed surgery on my broken ankle. He did and excellent job repairing my broken ankle. He and his staff are friendly and courteous. I am pleased with my experience with Dr. Lands and his staff.

Amazing great Team

Dr. Lands did replacement hip surgery on my right hip. He was very informative explaining what was going on with my hip prior to me having the surgery. He said it has to be done in order for me to return to a normal way of life but I postponed it. He also said and I quote “ you’ll know when your ready “......lol. I was in a lot of pain and Dr Lands gave me meds to curve the pain until I was ready to schedule my surgery. Dr Lands was right and after months of dealing with the pain and scheduling office visits I scheduled my surgery. The surgery was GREAT!!!!!. When I came to I was not in any pain and I was able to walk with in hours of my surgery of course with the assistance of a walker. I was in the hospital for just one night for observation. If your having problems with your hips I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr Lands to do your surgery.
