Cold
Had my first appointment with Dr. Ngan in 2020 and I will definitely say I DO NOT recommend her. She was very cold and made no effort to have good bedside manners. When my results came in, I had to go all the way to her office just for her to tell me my MRI was clear and there was nothing she can do. No attempts at further tests or anything. Just “I can’t help you”. Horrible experience. A year later I visited another NYU neurologist and finally got a real diagnosis after several tests. That year of pain could have even avoided if Dr. Ngan made any kind of effort to do her job. I wholeheartedly recommend for people to visit ANY other doctor. Some people shouldn’t be in medicine and Dr. Ngan is one of them.

Just had a visit with Dr Ngan, very thorough and patient. I went to her for a second opinion about a surgery and in my one visit explained more than the 2 doctors I’ve been dealing with. Thank you

Dr. Ngan is an excellent physician! She is helping me to manage migraines more effectively. I find her to be a very patient listener .... I have never felt the least bit rushed. She comprehensively explains any treatment options that are recommended. Overall ... a very professional and caring demeanor! If you are dealing with migraine headaches .... I highly recommend a visit to my doc! There are many treatment options that I was not aware of ...she has been very helpful. Thank you Doc!!!
