I have never had such a bad experience with a doctor. I was seen 1 hour after my appointment time. He came in, asked me no questions, rattled off some info that I did not understand, and was ready to leave within 2 minutes. I began to ask a few questions and voice the concerns I had, when it was clear he was annoyed, irritated, and wanting to leave. I was really confused and said that it looks like you are trying to leave and he replied yes and walked right out the door. As a teacher, I hope my students never feel the way that I did in that moment. I have never felt so dismissed and disrespected after waiting an hour, paying $100, and wanting to understand the issue further. I asked his assistant if that is how he treats all his patients and her reply was that he is a surgeon and his time is limited. I then reminded her that I was now late for a work appointment because he was over an hour late seeing me. At that point, she said the original time was scheduled during lunch break. Wow.

Everyone was very professional and it was a very simple procedure. Looking forward to getting my other eye done!

I wish he would have been transparent with his recommendation on my husbands first visit. The cost of the surgery was unexpected because we had decided on the basic cataract. On the second visit he really pushed the laser surgery because he thought it was the better option for my husband. He should have said that in the first visit. Other than that we are satisfied with the procedure.

Dr. Gutti was on-time. Very thorough with the exam. Cordial and he took the time to answer my questions before I signed the consent.

Dr Gutti is the best Opthamologist I have experienced. He is explains procedures thoroughly and does not hesitate to answer questions . He diagnosed glaucoma and the need to have my cataracts removed. The one surgery to remove the cataracts and place stents to remove pressure ( due to glaucoma) was painless. I highly recommend Dr Gutti.

Explained everything rechecked before procedure

I’ve been pleased with Dr. Gutti and the technicians for several years. My only complaint is the long wait after check-in. I pre-registered a couple of days before my appointment, then verified everything when I arrived. I sat in the waiting room for another 45 min. before being called for my tests. This seems to occur for each of my visits….frustrating!

First surgery follow-up. Arrived at scheduled appointment time and taken within fifteen minutes. In-Take by an associate went well. Dr. Gutti and his associate Brittany saw me within a few minutes to check my surgically repaired eye. I was given further instructions and on my way.

My experience with doctor Gutti for lasik surgery was top notch and would and will highly recommend doctor Gutti to others.

Not nearly as bad as I had feared. Still, rather would have not had to have it done, but I have one more to do, and I'm not as worried about it.
