Great Doctor - Horrible Staff
Dr. Sringeri is a great doctor. His office staff needs improvement. They do not return calls. (very frustrating) They cannot write down a message correctly. (basic office task) I received a call from a staff member that my lab work came back "fine" when I went in for my check up Dr. S informed me that I had a medical condition that requires meds. How does this happen? In my opinion they're a really bad reflection on the entire OhioHealth organization.

My mom, who is 81, can never get through to them, and when she finally does, they say they will call her back, which most of the time they never do. They have tendencies to call in ATB scripts, rather than see her and order tests. Last time she tried to get help from her this Dr, she ended up me taking her to the hospital which they admitted her. Her 02 sat was in the 80,s. His office is horrible, run down, unclean looking. He should not have a license to practice.

Dr. Sringeri is very accommodating and knowledgeable. His office staff is very efficient. You may have to wait in the waiting room for your scheduled appt. time, but you will get complete care.
