Dr. Vijaykumar Zaveri, MD

Dr. had good reviews but I didn't get to see him since he missed my appointment. Dr. schedules in 30 minute increments - and I hadn't seen someone at 9:40pm despite arriving on time for my 9am appointment and having everything filled out ahead of time. I didn't stay once he missed the appointment as I didn't want the next person to have to wait because of me.

I've had a long history with Dr. Zaveri in my 25 years of being on this earth. This doctor is the best, super caring & helpful; haven't found any one better than him in the past 6 years of searching for a new ear specialist. My mom (Helemary) always spoke so highly on him since I was young & didn't understand much. She would always say he's the best. After seeing an ear specialist last year, I had the worst experience. Felt like the doctor did not care about me, only wanted his check. I left crying so that says it all. Can truly say after two ear surgeries & a recurring ear issue that I cannot seem to get resolved; I'd fly to Dr.Zaveris office if he could see me tomorrow!!

I went to Dr. Zaveri to check both my ears because I felt them clauged up and hard of hearing. After rudely answering the cell phone and speaking for no less than 20 minutes while I’m sitting there waiting for him to finish his call. He was in a hurry to finish up with me. He checked both ears and diagnosis was that I had allergies and prescribed me to take cortisone for a week after spending less than 10 minutes with me. Then he proceeded to tell me that I needed to schedule to do an allergy panel exam at a future date. After the week past I continued with the ear discomfort and decided to get a second opinion. Sure enough an experience ENT doctor performed a culture of the liquid inside both ears and also prescribed antibiotics. When the culture came back I had four different types of BACTERIA inside both ears. And the antibiotics cured the infection, Thanks Be to other ENT Dr. If the infection continued it could of turned into a chronic serious issue. I do not recommend Dr. Zaveri.

My first visit was for a biopsy of an ulcer inside my mouth! The Dr. Explained what he was going to do and how it was going to feel. The procedure went as planned. Dr. Zaveri was very kind and gentle. He expressed genuine concern and explained how long before we would get results back! I went back for my results today! And, once again Dr. Zaveri expressed genuine kindness. Told me he was very happy to say that biopsy was negative showing no cancer to be concerned with! Dr. Zaveri is very thorough and patient with me! I have very high regard and respect for him!

Excellent service, cannot complain.. Dr. Zaveri and his team are extremely proffesional, answered all my questions, treated me like family. After my surgery, i received follow up calls to see how i was doing, excellent care. Would totally recommend him and his team.

Had a very bad experience at this place. The doctor appeared to be caring, but his office continued to mislead about billing details. They failed to explain the billing charges and while I went for a diagnosis on smell loss , they recommended allergy shots . The front office gave me the phone number of their corporate office for billing. I called them 15 times and left messages, but they did not return any. I then literally begged one of the IT staff to find me someone who can respond and explain unexplained charges. I did get someone who basically told me that the front office did not know and I would have to pay up. My smell has not improved at ALL, whereas they have billed me in excess of 1200 dollars (just co-pay) . Please stay away. They will talk nicely and submit late bills and not let you know . I HAD to plead with them to extend my allergy prescription 6 times, before they responded. Simply put they care more about billing than the patient.

Dr Alexiades was great, he was thorough and had a great manner and help me understand exactly what the issue was. He explained what needed to be done and the options i had in front of me.

After 2 doctors told me I needed full sinus surgery I consulted with Dr Zaveri. He was very calming and knowledgeable and suggested that I get a balloon sinuplasty which is far less invasive. He performed the procedure which was pain free and I have been sinus infection free for 2 years. I highly recommend Dr Zaveri.

My experience with Dr.Zaveri is very old about 25 years. He is a great Physician in his field and truly very dedicated and committed. His concern and care for his patients is note worthy. I will say by his nature itself one starts feeling better. Dr. Zaveri is always going to be a great Doctor.
