Addressing Long Wait Times, No-Show Charges
I have to wait for more than an hour for a an appointment, and have to leave to office as I got 2 hrs permission. The doctor then charges for no show, which is insane. For routine health checkups, wouldn’t it make more sense for doctors to order blood work in advance so the reports are ready by the time of the visit? This would allow patients to receive timely and effective recommendations. Requiring multiple appointments wastes both time and money.

Destroyer
At my visit it was determined that I had a UTI. This Dr prescribed Ciproflox which I was later told it wasn't effective to treat my strain of inf. I wish I had read the BLACKBOX WARNING. It states that it can cause tendon, nerve, muscle and joint damage especially in people over 60 yo and may be permanent. I got it all. I was 72. I have been suffering for 2 and half yrs because this dr doesn't keep up on meds and treatment. My life is ruined. I often think of suicide. BEWARE of this dr.

She refused to come into the room because I did not have a mask and did not offer me one. She treated me like I was horrible for the medications I have been on for 10 years another doctor gave to me. It was never communicated that the front desk was supposed to give me my prescriptions via paper. They never gave them to me so I assumed they were being sent electronically. When I called to inform I have not received my meds the front desk was rude and incompetent. The result of the practice’s incompetence lead me to go without important meds such as an antidepressant and a beta blocker which is dangerous and I clearly expressed that. They do not care anything about the patients and I will never go back.
