Dr. Vijayalakshmi Raghu, MD

Staff is ok but the Doctor did not even hear or look at the injury and concluded it was all good, Xray eyes ! 'it will go away'. Infections may not go away automatically every time and local antiseptic was needed. Had to get second opinion and glad we did. After three week of local antiseptic it is now healing.

My experience with Dr. Raghu was very pleasant. I went in for a physical, but Dr. Raghu asked about other concerns I may have. I told her, and she asked appropriate follow-up questions and walked me through the differential diagnosis list. She ordered the appropriate diagnostic tests, and made some good recommendations. Dr. Raghu, the nurses, the phlebotomist, and the front desk staff were very friendly. I would recommend patients to Dr. Raghu.

They use fraud to exhort money via cash rather than insurance. They stated that the insurance for my mother was covered than the day we arrived saying the doctor moved to a different "practice" that doesn't cover the insurance. We fought and within a few days the doctor was moved "back" so the insurance could cover it. We have this recorded on multiple phone calls and in the process of filing a complaint to the medical board. The doctor is also rude and entitled staying she "doesn't have time to discuss results" (which is there main duty). Do not use them. See other reviews on here and google as they all state similar experiences.

Dr Raghu has been very kind she understood all my concerns and referred me to a right doctor at right time. She followed up quickly with the other doctor and made sure I have an early appointment with the other doctor. I strongly recommend her a primary care.

Very professional and knowledgeable in her work. Love visiting whenever I have to. Will recommend her to anyone looking for a family doctor.

The office is so clean, also you don't need to wait more. The assistance are kind and listen to you exactly. The Dr. Check you carefully. She is so polite and punctuall. I recomended her.

I have been looking for a primary care physician who could not only treat me, but my children 9 and 4 as well. Dr. Raghu came highly recommended by several of my family members and friends. Upon arrival to our initial consultation I noticed the office was clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and efficient! Dr. Raghu was very personable and took the time to go over our past medical history and current issues. I am glad I made the switch to Dr. Raghu for our family healthcare needs!!

Doesn’t ask follow up questions, whatever the reason you are seeing her for, asks 2 questions maximum about it and doesn’t get to the root of the issue. One foot is already out of the door from the moment she enters the patient room. If she spends 5 minutes on a visit that itself is like a huge favor. She is friendly enough and wait time is not bad, but not good at actual doctoring. Not the worst doctor I have ever seen, but is far from good.Money seems to be the prime motive.

This is my first review about anyone. Seeing Dr. Raghu is waste of time and money. She doesn’t care to listen to patients health concerns and spends very little time . My experiences in both visits with Dr. Raghu have been very bad. Had to wait 45 min. every time just to get few minutes of her time. Same with annual physical visits. They just suck money out of you, stay away!

I would not recommend. No time to listen to concerns of patient. If you have list of concerns then you have to schedule another appointment. Prescribed same medicine twice on second visit which was back to back.
