We waited over 3 hours only for this individual to tell us that he did not know what was wrong. He demonstrated a troubling lack of communication skills. Right from the beginning, he was aggressive in the way he spoke with me and only spent about 1 minute before walking off. In the end, we waited over 3 hours only for this individual to tell us he did not know what was wrong. This was an eye-opening experience, and nobody should be subject to this sort of care (or lack thereof).

My son was injured at school. His check was split during a practice. He required stitches. I was concerned because it was on his face. Unfortunately, there are no plastic surgeons on staff. Dr. Wali was incredibly patient and kind. He worked with all my concerns. He did such a fantastic job that even people who know he had stitches have a hard time finding the scar.
