Medical Appointment with new PCP
i came to Hemet to seek medical care, I have mult issues, she was a caring physician and she listen as i explained my care for the last 15 yrs. how my health is been under controlled due to other PCP not giving the correct care I needed for a diabetic Well I recommed Dr V Balu, However, I would be jealous to share her and she became to busy for me.

STAY CLEAR!
I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to go to Dr.Balus office! The doctor is good, not great but her staff is completely rude, lack empathy, lazy and a word I can’t put on here. Staff rarely answers the phone and when they do they are rude and do not tell you their name because of course they don’t want to be reprimanded. I just had major surgery and called the doctor as she instructed. I have a lot of air in my belly and can’t pass it. I’ve been in excruciating pain for over 6 days now!!!!! All I asked is to see if the doctor would prescribe something for the gas. The receptionist cut me off and said the doctor wouldn’t do it. I began to cry and she HUNG UP on me! In closing, don’t waste time and energy you will just be disappointed and upset!
