Excellent! Kind, caring and knowledgeable.
I came to the ER (UC Health Highlands Ranch), very sick. Diagnosed with fatty liver, kidney issues and pancreatitis, all due to excessive alcohol intake. Sensitive topic, however, Dr. Sloan made me feel cared about, not judged. Spent 6 days in the hospital and she was there every morning checking on me. I’ve been following her every direction since and I feel good. Hoping to make her my new family M.D.

Active listener and responsive to questions
Dr. Sloan was my internal med doc while inpatient with UC Health. I found her to be a good listener and clarified items I had questions about. She was helpful with coordinating the specialists.

Horrible Experience
I had Dr. Sloan was I was inpatient for 17 days in sky ridge hospital just a couple of months ago. I was treated with nothing but disrespect & no compassion. Dr. Sloan made me starve for 9 days straight while I begged for proper nutrition before she finally gave it to me. Due to this, I experienced horrible refeeding syndrome that left me unable to sit up or walk all because of Victoria Sloan. She would not take responsibly of her actions or apologize but rather said I had “anxiety” & had the nurse give me an anxiety med to quiet me. She discharged me after 17 days even though I wasn’t close to being able to leave… I couldn’t walk, eat, sit up, or care for myself. I needed 24/7 care but she discharged me knowing & seeing this. She hoped to just hand me off to Mayo Clinic out of state yet left me with no one to contact or even a set date. Now finding out Mayo can’t even see me until June. She is extremely rude, disrespectful, gaslighting, & not caring for her patients
